He was considered a Headmaster which seems to be in the Studio Series toyline.

Legion Class | RID Fixit!

12.24.2016 – Fixit, one of the lead characters in the 2015 series “Robots in Disguise” which for some might mistake this Autobot as the former Gobots character named Scooter. But it doesn’t help that he’s one of those underrated Autobots that’s easily forgotten if you only knew Bumblebee and his “Bee Team.”

But then again you might think this is all a big joke that Fixit looks like some guy from an old 1980s cartoon that tried to unseat the “Transformers” back in the day. The action figure looks cool looking though for being in-scale with the other characters.

Generations: "Thrilling 30" Orion Pax!

12.26.2014 – In the original cartoon Orion Pax was a dock worker and in other media like from the Dreamwave and IDW published comic books he’s known as an archivist. It depends on which form of media you followed but overall he would became Prime.

But the version that depicted in the Deluxe Class released Generations toyline commemorating 30 years of Transformers is based on the Spotlight comic book by IDW Publication. But there’s more than meets the eye who is Orion Pax…

Movie Advanced: M4-002 Grimlock!

12.24.2014 – Grimlock is one of the popular characters in Transformers. This leader of the Dinobots has evolved over the years with various interpretation of the character from the animation, comic books, videogames and now the movie.

In Transformers 4 he appears to a mystical character along with the Dinobots newly reinterpreted for the big screen. Though the character was not a hit with long time fans it clearly appeals to the younger generation how cool Grimlock can be.

11.01.2014 – The Transformers toyline representing the modern G1 officially known as Generations continue to produce some of the best figures. Hasbro has continued to churn up some of the most sought after characters that some never makes it in toy shelves.

In the Philippines it has become difficult some of those second tier characters unless you know the next distribution will be released by Playkit (the country’s local distributor for most Hasbro products). Power Core Combiners: Heavytread & Groundspike!

09.30.2014 – Heavytread is an unfamiliar Transformers character and part of the Power Core Combiners toy line. He’s a Power Core Combiner Commander (now that’s a mouthful) which can combine with drone sets from other characters released.

HFTD Voyager Class: "Classic" Sea Spray!

08.21.2014 – Sea Spray is part of the “Hunt for the Decepticon” toy line that follows the “Revenge of the Fallen” series of action figures. But for those who are looking for a modern Generation One version they say this Sea Spray is the one you should be looking for.

It was released sometime in 2010 and later in the Philippines this figure ended up on clearance for more than half of its retail price point.

There has been little interest about the character being placed as part of the Movie 2’s expansion toy line but that’s being explained…

Transformers Prime: Ultra Magnus!

07.31.2014 – Ultra Magnus is military strategist and the leader of the Wreckers in Transformers Prime. He appears in the second episode ("Scattered") of the third season with a subtitle ‘Beast Hunters’ and voiced by Michael Ironside (Top Gun, Starship Troopers, SeaQuest DSV, X-Men: First Class).

It’s fitting for Ironside to take the voice role of Ultra Magnus once famously held by the great Robert Stack in the 1986 animated film. Of course this version of Magnus has more military background done just a soldier quite like his role in SeaQuest DSV taking the leadership role in the absence of Optimus.

Throwback Thirst-Day: Pepsi Convoy!

07.24.2014 – If you’ve been a long time Transformers Fan to see some early releases in the 1980s you won’t be surprised about the collaboration with Hasbro and another brand shall we say Pepsi. For those who have been drinking another beverage maybe it’s time you support Pepsi Convoy.

Transformers had been once had a tie-up with the famous soda beverage in 1985 when they released a redeco of the original Optimus Prime toy with Pepsi stickers featured on the side of the trailer. Twenty years later in 2005 Takara has similar in mind only this time Optimus Prime delivers Pepsi.

Generations: "Thrilling 30" Trailcutter!

07.14.2014 – You’ve probably have read the Transformers Spotlight featuring Trailcutter and how he adapted that name from being known as Trailbreaker. There hasn't been a modern version of the character until 2010 when Hasbro released a Legend Class figure bearing the name Trailcutter.

Hasbro has been anticipating the 30th anniversary of the TRANSFORMERS brand and they don’t want fans excited. But Trailcutter was one of those characters who finally got their modern Generation One figure that was released along with Bumblebee, Megatron, & Orion Pax.

Vintage TF G1: Dinobot Slag!

07.01.2014 – When you talk about the Dinobots the first name you’ll recall will be Grimlock, since he’s the most popular among the five characters that was created by Ratchet and Wheeljack in the classic animated series. In the comic books their origins are different from what you’ve known.

The second popular Dinobot would probably be Slag, the Triceratops who had the humorous comment upon kicking the doors in the planet of the Quintessons in the 1986 Transformers: The Movie. For some he would pass up as a ‘cute’ Triceratops, but don’t be fooled by this Dinobot’s cuddliness.

The Deluxe Class first wave has an interesting line up that includes Autobot Drift!

The Micromasters are smaller fuel-efficient Transformers turning into tiny cars, planes and other vehicles. Mostly Micromasters are roughly scaled human-sized in robot mode as depicted in most continuity.

Sandstorm is known as a member of the Wreckers an Autobot subgroup revealed more back story in the comic books published by Marvel in the 1980s.

08.10.2013 – Cliffjumper is one tough Autobot who just doesn’t like traitors and even in his diminutive size he’s courageous enough to take on the biggest Decepticon. Carrying a weapon known as the “Glass Gas” (which embrittles metals on contact so that they shatter like glass).

He’s not immune to its effects but always have an alternative like bigger guns as seen in the classic series pilot “More Than Meets Eye”, and he’s not a calculating type when it comes to taking on the enemy. In the original vintage release he transforms into a Porsche 924 Turbo now he’s a muscle car.
