TF Sightings | Toy Kingdom in SM Makati

War for Cybertron: Kingdom is slowly getting restocked in selected retail stores in Metro Manila. But is it enough to give the market the demand it needs? Well, depends on which area you’re located, but the local distributor continues to make sure there are enough for everyone despite growing numbers of interest for the toy brand that made Hasbro continue to make toys for the big boys.

Despite the challenging logistic demand is it enough? The third installment of the War Far Cybertron Trilogy in Kingdom has had a rough start being stocked late in January 202i making them fly off the shelves instantaneously not even lasting a week. For those who had limited access to this product there is hope.

Toy Kingdom in SM Makati recently had updated their stocks, though the first wave is not complete missing in the range are Core Class Rattap, Deluxe Class Warpath, Voyager Class Cyclonus, and Leader Class Megatron (Beast) you still might see these in other areas if you’re the adventurous kind.

You may get a little breather yourself since the world is still in the middle of the pandemic as not anyone can cough up funds for everything. Surely, Playkit Philippines is taking notice of the huge demand as compared to how Richwell (aka RichPrime, also as Europlay, the local distributor for the Mattel brand in the Philippines) had not even made the revival or Mattel’s Masters of the Universe: Origins that nostalgic, which only ends up in the selected hands of a very few consumers. It is not an excuse not to ramp up the quantities to suit the big demand in making it available for the general retail in these current global crises unlike the Transformers brand and other Hasbro products.

Kingdom Come

Recently reported restocks of WFC:Kingdom at other retail stores clearly shows that the local distributor is taking notes about the demand for this toyline. Of course, this is just the first wave and just like its initial offering the demand for it would put more at toy shelves in selected retail stores that has huge foot traffic.

The second wave would have a smaller demand just like what Siege and Earthrise have. But rest assured Playkit Philippines would answer the call to bring them to general retail. With that said, for those unaware of the WFC:Kingdom price point there was a slight increase between the Deluxe and Voyager Class assortment.

Ten Percent Off & Clearance

In case you haven’t been in the loop for Toy Kingdom’s ‘New Year Promo’ they are currently having all their Hasbro products at 10% off until 28 February 2021. This has been running since the start of January and if you’re keen to make the effort to save up on spending more this might be your chance to get the necessary figures you need less than the regular retail prince point.

Besides that if you’re also into the Cyberverse range there also figures on clearance like the one with a ‘Black’ Hot Rod with those teeny tiny Sharkticons. They’re already been on sale since December 2020 and this might be a good opportunity to pick up this pack just for the little sharks to feed on poor old Kup.

Evidently, Toy Kingdom is not only the retail store in Makati City. There’s Landmark, Toys R’ Us, and Rustan’s. But not all stores get the same amount of stock as the store in discussion. But just enough to keep all collecting consumers updated which store has and have not.

These days you don’t need to go to the store physically as most of these retail stores have set up online shops through Lazada, Shoppee, and other options you may find through social media. Toy Kingdom is on Viber app and you can inquire directly for what is available just inquire which branch and they will give you the access to keep you updated in what they have on their shelves to not miss out.
